Double Cola Summer Giveaway – Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 

Eligibility. The Double Cola Summer Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents, 18 years and older of the following counties:

• Illinois: Bond, Calhoun, Christian, Clay, Clinton, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland Edwards, Effingham, Fayette, Franklin, Gallatin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jersey, Johnson, Lawrence, Macoupin, Madison, Marion, Massac, Monroe, Montgomery, Moultrie, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Richland, Saline, Shelby, St. Clair, Union, Wabash, Washington, Wayne, White, and Williamson

• Missouri: St. Charles, St. Louis

 

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on July 15, 2023, and ends on September 15, 2023 ("Entry Period").

 

Sponsor. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is The Double Cola Company, 537 Market Street, Suite 100, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

 

Entry Details. Participants may enter by visiting a participating retailer, completing and submitting an entry ticket in the designated location.

 

Limitations. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Entries will not carry forward to any future sweepstakes program. Incomplete entries are void, and one entry per person is allowed. All entries must be submitted during the Entry Period. Employees and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to win (immediate family incudes spouses, parents, step-parents, siblings, and step-siblings, children and step-children. Household members include all people who share the same residence at least three months of the year).

 

Winner Selection. A random drawing to determine the potential prize winners will be made from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential prize winner will be notified on September 25, 2023 via email.

 

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries.

 

Prize Details. First Prize: 20  winners will receive one (1) Grizzly® 15 cooler (approximate retail value: $149.99). Second Prize: 40 winners will receive one (1) 32 oz. Grizzly® Grip Cup (approximate retail value: $28.99).

 

Privacy. Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.doublecolacompany.com/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally-identifiable information for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly-available list of winners.

 

Limitation of Liability. The Double Cola Company shall not be responsible for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or others, or (ii) technical failure or human error that may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or in processing entries.
