Return & REFUND POLICY
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we can help! Just contact us, either by phone at 877-(DBL-COLA)or by e-mail at email@example.com, within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll provide the address to return your un-used, un-worn item(s) to us. Once your item(s) has been received, we’re happy to send a different size or color, if that’s what you need. If you would like a refund, it will be issued after the item(s) is received at our location. Please note, depending on the type of card used during purchase, it could take up to 7 business days for your credit to be posted to your card.
Did you change your mind about an item? We try to ship orders quickly. If you decide to cancel your order, you must contact us, either by phone at 877-DBL-COLA or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours to cancel your purchase. If your order hasn’t been shipped we can cancel your transaction right away. If it’s already been sent out you will need to return the package after it is received. Please see our “Return & Refund Policy” section for more details.
We know when your order something, you want it! That’s why we strive to ship your order within 24-48 hours. Once your order has shipped we will provide the tracking information to the e-mail address you provided. Depending on your location, and the type of shipping chosen, please allow up to two weeks for delivery within the U.S. The delivery time may be extended for APO addresses, when APO shipments are allowed. Please see our “Shipping Areas” section for more details.
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you would like to send something to an APO address, we are happy to do so but are only able to use the U.S. Postal Service. This sometimes takes longer and doesn’t have the same tracking information/capabilities once the package leaves the U.S. Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, lost or damaged packages.
