Celebrate Spring with Your Favorite Soda Duo

Spring is finally here and we're celebrating the best way we know how, with our two favorite sodas, SKI and DOUBLE-COLA. Keep reading to see how we're welcoming in the warmer weather this season.

Bake a SKI Pound Cake

Because no celebration is complete without a good ol' fashion cake recipe. Here is a quick and easy recipe featuring your favorite citrus soda.

Ingredients:

• 1 box of lemon cake mix

• 3 eggs

• 1/4 cup of oil

• 1 can of SKI

• 2 tbsp of lemon juice

• 1 tbsp of milk

• 2 cups of powdered sugar

Directions:

• Add cake mix, eggs, oil, and SKI into a bowl and mix.

• Pour mixture into a bundt pan, or any cake pan you prefer.

• Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

• Mix lemon juice, milk, and powdered sugar.

• Pour over the top of the cake once cool.

• Cut a slice & enjoy!

Chillin with DOUBLE-COLA Popsicles

Why did we include popsicles in our spring celebration? Because they're cool... Okay so the pun may be lame, but these popsicles definitely aren't. Read on to see how you can make 2 different DOUBLE-COLA popsicles.

Original DOUBLE-COLA Popsicles

This popsicle is plain and simple, but delicious and refreshing. Simply grab the popsicle mold of your choosing. We opted for star shapes since DOUBLE-COLA is a true shining star in the vintage cola world. Grab a can (or bottle) of DOUBLE-COLA and fill as many molds as you'd like. Close the mold tightly and place in freezer for 5+. And that's it. We know what you're thinking, "How can something so delicious be so easy to make?"

DOUBLE-COLA and Cherry Popsicles

There is something that just tastes right when it comes to cola and cherry flavor. To make these popsicles, you will need 3 things: a popsicle mold, a jar of maraschino cherries, and of course, DOUBLE-COLA. Place a couple of cherries at the bottom of your popsicle mold. Pour cherry juice over the cherries until 1/3 of the mold is filled. Fill the rest of the mold with DOUBLE-COLA and place in freezer and voila! You have cherry DOUBLE-COLA popsicles.
